Is shipping included?
Shipping is not included in the list price. Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are Final, if for some reason you receive your rug and it wasn't exactly what you expected, please reach out to us to discuss a return for store credit. Please contact us within three days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. All items must be received by The Knotted Fox within one week of notifying us of the return. All items purchased during a promotional sale are Final Sale.
When will I receive my rug?
All items will be shipped out within 2-4 business days after your order is placed. Typically we ship through FedEx and delivery time ranges from 2-5 business days in the continental US. We do not require a signature upon arrival.
Are any of the photos edited?
All product photos on the website are taken with the best natural light possible and without a filter. Photos posted on Instagram are brightened and sharpened. For any questions on the "true" color of the rug please don't hesitate to reach out for more photos (both indoor and outdoor) as well as videos to help assist you in your decision on purchasing a Knotted Fox rug.
At times, rugs may differ in color based on lighting in your home whether it is indirect natural light or artificial light. We try our very best to portray the colors in their truest form.
How should I clean my Knotted Fox rug?
We recommend a weekly vacuum of the top and bottom of the rug. This will help prevent dust from collecting on both sides. For any spills, please blot all liquid off the rug and spot clean as needed with warm water, vinegar and a few small drops of clear liquid dish soap. All of our rugs are professionally cleaned by our supplier before we receive them. Do not use a carpet cleaner. If your rug needs a thorough clean, take it to a professional.
Should I use a Rug Pad?
In order to preserve your rug and keep it in place without slipping, we recommend to always use a rug pad. A variety or rug pads/tape are available on Amazon. If you have a particular sized rug, the option to cut to your rug's specific size is recommended.
